Total Quality Management Position
This position is located at Ascension St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa, OK and offers a fully remote option. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating quality, risk, and patient safety program activities and workflow. This includes coordinating aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and performance measures. Additionally, the role involves supporting activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards, as well as analyzing and reporting on data collected from various sources and developing detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
Requirements include a high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Licensure / certification / registration preferred includes Quality Professional and Risk Management. Additional preferences include experience in health-care quality, population health, or a payer-side HEDIS audit / abstraction role, experience with auditing / abstraction of clinical data points from medical records, experience with value-based care programs, expert working knowledge of quality measurement frameworks, clinic licensure or a background in Health Information Management, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
