Document Specialist

Job Summary

• Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour
• Schedule : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday; overtime possible
• Employment Type : Temp to Engage
• Dress Code : Business casual, closed-toed shoes required, jeans without tears allowed, no leggings, gym / active wear, or offensive / political graphics
• Interview Type : In-person group interviews, Wednesdays / Thursdays at 9 : 00 AM
• Language Requirements : Must be able to read and understand instructions in English
• Computer Skills : Basic computer knowledge required for training and future scanning tasks
• Primary Duties :
• Separating and opening mail
• Prepping documents for scanning
• Making glass copies
• Other duties as assigned
• Physical Requirements :
• Lifting 10 50 lbs
• Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
• Preferred Experience :
• Experience in similar industry is a plus
• Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment appreciated
• Breaks : 30-minute lunch break; bring own lunch (vending machines, refrigerators, microwaves available)
• Cell Phone Policy : Cell phones must be on silent and stored in lockers-not allowed on the floor (violation may result in termination)
