Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager for a 13-week assignment within the Care Management / ER Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, experience in acute hospital case management, and the ability to coordinate complex patient care needs. This role requires flexibility, professional communication, and the ability to shift between units as needed to meet facility requirements.
