Compliance Coordinator - Val Vista Lakes (Gilbert, AZ)

HOAMCO is seeking an entry level - Part-Time employee for our Val Vista Lakes community.

The Compliance Coordinator assists in the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.

Qualifications:

• A clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products

Job Duties:

• Learn the community's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Design Guidelines
• Conduct drive through inspections
• Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regard to Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures
