A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day development operations across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of engineering teams, ensuring efficient delivery cycles and clear priorities

Lead quarterly planning processes and facilitate sprint planning to align engineering efforts with business objectives

Build and mentor high-performing teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in engineering management

Strong technical background with experience in architectural discussions and technical oversight

Proven track record of improving development processes and managing delivery across teams

Experience in building and developing teams with strong coaching and mentoring skills

Ability to make sound decisions independently and communicate tradeoffs effectively
