$102,400 - $192,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to help clients envision their future homes.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
• Stay informed about local market trends and share valuable insights with clients to guide their decisions.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the real estate industry.
