NOW Hospitality is seeking an experienced, visionary Multi-Unit Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations across all of our restaurant concepts. From our celebrated pizza bars to our upcoming concepts, this individual will shape the future of food in our kitchens, elevate our standards, and bring fresh, high-quality dining to life at scale. This person will also help develop the catering business line of the Company.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As the Multi-Unit Executive Chef, you will :

• Oversee kitchen operations across all NOW Hospitality locations.
• Assist with concept development, kitchen buildouts, and staff training for new openings.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, recipes, prep systems, and plating guides.
• Ensure culinary consistency, cost control, and kitchen efficiency across the group.
• Support large-scale catering events with a focus on executional excellence.
• Implement xtraChef systems across our Toast systems at all locations
