Dynamic Engineering in Watertown, SD is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Machinists. Our Hours :

7 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday option of getting off at 12 : 00 on Fridays.

5 hours OT every week, additional OT available.

    • What You'll Do as a Machinist at Dynamic Engineering :

  • Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and precision of finished parts
  • Make adjustments and fine-tune machine settings to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize efficiency and productivity

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools, and materials
  • Experience with CNC programming and operating various CNC machines
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication skills
