Your job as a Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, introduce our staffingand workforce solutions to new clients and maintain a superior working relationship with current clients.

Pay: $45,000including bonuses and car allowance

Shift: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Full time position

Locations: Calabasas CA. 91302

Sales territory Los Angeles County

This is not a remote position

Responsibilities:

·Establish, develop and maintain client accounts in your designated territory

·Personally, meet with clients and potential clients on a daily and repeated basis

·Determine prospect credit-worthiness and target those accounts

·Handle customer challenges in a timely and effective manner

·Planning and preparing presentations

·Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

Requirements:

·At least 2 years of B2B sales within the Staffing Industry preferred

·Strong organizational and communication skills

·Knowledge of Staffing/recruiting is a must!

·Experienced using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·Experienced with generating a book of business
