Your job as a Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, introduce our staffingand workforce solutions to new clients and maintain a superior working relationship with current clients.

Pay : $45,000including bonuses and car allowance

Shift : M-F 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Full time position

Locations : Calabasas CA. 91302

Sales territory Los Angeles County

This is not a remote position

Responsibilities :

• Establish, develop and maintain client accounts in your designated territory
• Personally, meet with clients and potential clients on a daily and repeated basis
• Determine prospect credit-worthiness and target those accounts
• Handle customer challenges in a timely and effective manner
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
