What Were Looking For

Were seeking a proven, hands-on leader to build and scale our Product Management and Business Analysis function from the ground up. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery responsible for defining and enforcing how we translate business needs into high-quality, actionable work.

Youve done this before : implemented standard frameworks, led teams through ambiguity, and established product and backlog disciplines that elevated engineering throughput and delivery predictability. Now youre ready to do it again - this time, with full ownership, high executive visibility, and the mandate to drive real organizational change.

This position reports into Engineering leadership and partners tightly with Project Management and Sales to ensure product strategy and project delivery move in lockstep.

What Youll Do

• Establish and lead the Product and Business Analysis organizationhiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team.
• Design and enforce a company-wide, end-to-end requirements lifecyclefrom intake and discovery through BRD, Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Own backlog governance and drive quality standards across all product and project teams.
• Act as the lead product owner across Agile teams, defining backlog priorities, sprint goals, and product readiness.
• Align platform strategy with project-specific delivery to reduce rework and maximize reusability.
• Partner with Engineering and PMO to deliver predictability, transparency, and velocity across all workstreams.
• Serve as the primary product authority to executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of roadmap, scope, and delivery expectations.
