Chief Of Staff To The CFO

The Chief of Staff to the CFO serves as a trusted strategic partner and integrator across Myriad Genetics' Finance organization and broader enterprise. This role ensures that the CFO's priorities are executed effectively, decisions are well-informed, and cross-functional alignment is maintained across the company's administrative, operations, R&D, technology, and commercial functions. The Chief of Staff will lead and coordinate key financial and operational initiatives, streamline executive communications, manage the rhythm of business, and drive accountability for strategic deliverables. Acting as an operational extension of the CFO, this leader will enhance the impact, visibility, and efficiency of the Finance function as Myriad continues its transformation and growth in molecular diagnostics. This role will start as a 6-9 month contract position. Hourly with full benefits available.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic and Financial Operations
• Partner with the CFO and Finance leadership team to translate corporate strategy into clear operational and financial priorities.
• Support enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment across the enterprise.
• Monitor key financial performance metrics, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and decision points for the CFO.
• Drive integration between finance, FP&A, accounting, revenue cycle, investor relations, and commercial operations teams.
• Lead special projects related to financial transformation, cost optimization, M&A diligence, or capital deployment as assigned by the CFO.
