Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a respected national law firm with openings in Los Angeles and Denver. This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys who thrive in a dynamic practice and want to work on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters within a highly respected team.About the Role

The ideal candidate brings experience across a broad range of corporate work, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions

• Private equity transactions

• Public and private securities

• Corporate formation & maintenance

• Corporate finance

• Licensing matters

• Venture capital financing

• General governance issues

Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are essential.

About the Practice

The firm’s Corporate Practice Group is consistently recognized as one of the premier practices in the country—trusted by emerging growth companies, middle-market businesses, and publicly traded corporations alike. Their attorneys deliver practical, business-minded counsel that helps clients navigate complex deals and high-stakes strategic decisions with confidence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $170,000 – $230,000

• Bonus Potential: Up to $106,000 (dependent on experience and performance)

• Unlimited PTO
