Prosegur Security is looking to fill multiple Unarmed Hospital Security Officers that are customer servicedriven for one of our Healthcare networks in the Greenwich, CT area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. Prosegur is one of the largest security providers in the world consisting of over 160,000 employees in over 30 countries. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization. Shifts include: Looking to fill multiple per diem positions!

• Weekend is a MUST
• Hourly starting wage: $23

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Follow established Hospital and Department standard precautions and procedures in the in the performance of all job duties to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Meet Hospital attendance and punctuality requirements to be on your assigned post on time to ensure proper coverage and quality services to patients, visitors and employees.

Physical Requirements: This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1-2 miles per shift)
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
