Key Responsibilities
Utilizes BI tools to build targeted datasets for omni-channel marketing campaigns and extract relevant information
Develops, tests, and implements statistical models using R and Python to enhance campaign results
Collaborates with internal teams to create KPIs from multiple data sources for improved decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field with data analytics coursework
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in R or other statistical modeling tools
Experience with Python and big data tools
Familiarity with SQL, IBM SPSS, Access, or other database structures
