Your responsibilities will include :

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs to tailor care appropriately.
• Applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administering medications as prescribed, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
