Network Security Engineer - Secret Clearance Required

Entelligence is seeking a Network Security Engineer to support our Customer’s clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross‑functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, the Customer, and the end‑user.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a Secret level security clearance
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow‑ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Review technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama
  • Application Performance Monitoring expertise – response time metrics, application identification
  • Packet capture analysis, fault isolation, and remediation
  • In‑depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies
  • Network Security experience (IPS / IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
  • In‑depth IP routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, leased line, frame relay, satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
