Collections Manager 1951

A growing service-based company is looking for a Collections Manager to oversee and improve the collections process ensuring timely payments from customers. The role involves monitoring outstanding invoices contacting clients regarding overdue balances arranging payment plans when needed and maintaining accurate records. The Collections Manager will work closely with accounting to support healthy cash flow and may supervise a small collections team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and manage overdue accounts
• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate AR and collections records
• Prepare reports on collection status and progress
• Collaborate with accounting on cash flow needs
• Lead and support collections staff (if applicable)
• Requirements :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• AR / collections experience
• Organized detail-oriented and proactive

Salary : $80k - $85k / Year
