Summary: The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in the CVOR assists surgeons and the surgical team during complex cardiovascular procedures. This role requires advanced knowledge of cardiac surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team in high-risk, fast-paced environments.
