RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide top-tier service through policy changes, coverage conversations, payments, and claims assistance.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Build strong relationships with our customers and deliver a 5-star experience.
• Identify additional needs during service calls and pivot to other products when appropriate.
• Make light outbound calls to existing customers or warm leads.
• Help us grow our online reputation by securing a few Google Reviews each month.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property and Casualty License mandatory prior to start. Life/Health/Annuities a plus.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
