Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Civil Engineer, with a Texas PE License, to fulfill the role of a Team Leader specializing in Water Resources. This is a strategic leadership position to expand our water resources practice in Texas. Team Leaders play a pivotal role in leading Halff projects to success. They manage a dedicated team of engineers and / or professionals, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions to our clients. Their responsibilities encompass project management, team supervision, client advocacy, technical expertise, and quality assurance.

The Team Leader is the key point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure their utmost satisfaction.

The Team Leader's technical proficiency and leadership will drive their team to overcome complex challenges and produce innovative solutions. Moreover, the Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining project budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and identifying strategies to enhance project profitability.
