Lime is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team! In this on-site role, you will report to the Regional Manager, Logistics and Warehousing, NA. You will coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in-the-moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short-term and long-term plan. You're energized about building, scaling, and being part of a forward-thinking organization.

What you'll do:

• Arrange and oversee inbound and outbound shipments with selected transportation providers, ensuring timely and correct execution.
• Provide continuous updates to clients regarding shipment status.
• Oversee all aspects of import/export logistics/booking/freight procedures.
• Input key shipment milestones accurately into the designated tracking system.
• Obtain, analyze, and evaluate all freight quotes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with the appropriate teams for timely invoice approval and resolution.
• Determine the most suitable and cost-effective shipping modes to align with client delivery requirements.
• Assist with inbound schedules and drive carrier adherence to the schedule.

About you:

• Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in import/export logistics.
• Strong knowledge base in managing imports originating from China.
• Experience processing shipments of dangerous goods, HazMat materials, IATA Regulations, and CFR 49 Ground Transportation Regulations.
• Ability to reliably commute to the distribution Hub location daily.
• Proven capability in maintaining high data accuracy across multiple spreadsheets.
• Promote continuous improvement through processes, activities, and interactions.
• Availability required Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Proficiency in Windows platforms with various types of database applications (word processing, document templates, spreadsheet, page layout, styles, etc.).
• A flexible and proactive approach when responding to evolving priorities.

This role may involve heavy lifting, exposure to extreme temperatures, and prolonged periods of standing, given the nature of the fulfillment center environment.
