Events Production Manager

A company is looking for an Events Production Manager to oversee large-scale event experiences and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all experiences within the assigned area, fostering strong relationships and communication

Lead and oversee load-in, operational phases, and load-out processes, ensuring timely execution and preparation of all parties involved

Provide regular updates on progress and potential risks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Meeting Planning, Marketing, Business, Theater, Communications, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production management or event production

Demonstrated knowledge of technical design and show production elements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-driven approach
