Responsibilities

Canyon Ranch is looking for a Programming Specialist at our Lenox, MA location.

Under the direction of the Lenox Marketing & Communication Director, you will be responsible for the development, facilitation, and evaluation of year-round guest-related programming for the Lenox property. You will be the primary contact for guest speakers, evening lecturers, and evening entertainers. You will coordinate the schedule, prepare contracts, arrange payments, create promotional items, manage listings in Daily Schedule, and conduct debriefs. In addition, you will act as a liaison with Corporate Marketing Services to ensure timely completion of projects, as well as assisting with the implementation of and adherence to brand-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience :

Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a professional team, fulfilling obligations to other team members, being positive and supportive of others and complying with policies, procedures and goals of the Lenox Communications and Corporate Marketing and Lenox sales teams.

Participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings. Possesses a polished and professional manner to interface with and develop a rapport with internal stakeholders.

Must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to multi-task.

Possesses strong project management skills.

Excellent writing skills. Ability to write grammatically correct, compelling, on-brand, and platform-appropriate posts, articles, and communications.

Has strong prioritization and time management skills.

Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
