Project Analyst – Shared Services (OneStream Implementation)

Scope of Position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

OneStream Data Reconciliation & Validation

Perform data reconciliation across multiple systems, including SAP , PeopleSoft , and Central Finance .

Reconcile data at various levels : account , entity , product , and department , in both functional currency and USD.

Conduct reconciliations using Microsoft Excel and PDF-based reports.

Document and catalogue all reconciliation work in SharePoint Online following established standards.

Work Environment & Logistics

Travel : No travel required.

On-Site Requirement : 50–75% on-site presence expected with core project team.

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM. Occasional extended hours or weekends based on project deadlines or phase requirements.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 3 years of experience working on Finance or Shared Services projects.

Required Skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

Strong Excel skills are essential.

Strong accounting background.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Functional understanding of SAP and / or PeopleSoft financial systems.

Demonstrates initiative with the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities.

Desired Skills

Deep understanding of Shared Services processes through experience in deployment or integration projects.

Familiarity with

• 's internal standards, processes, and tools.

Understanding of Shared Services operations across functions such as Finance, HR, and Procurement.
