Quality Inspector

Paradigm is seeking a Quality Inspector to play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations with our client in Vancouver this role you will perform inspections using automated optical inspection (AOI) systems X-ray machines and microscopes verifying compliance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards and documenting results. Ideal candidates have IPC certifications strong attention to detail and experience in electronics inspection.

Type : 6cmonth contract-to-hire

Shift : Day Shift (5 : 00AM - 3 : 30pm Mon - Thurs)

Location : On-site Vancouver WA

As a Quality Inspector you will :

• Inspect assemblies using 3D AOI system
• Inspect assemblies at final inspection
• Complete defect tracking in database
• Complete AS9102 FA reports and submit to QA
• Operate X-ray machines per work instructions
• Operate AOI systems
• Run in-line and batch washers
• Use the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to track time and status of jobs
• Create and complete non-conformances / Device Master Records (DMRs)
• Help to update procedures and work instructions as-needed to match current processes
• Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes
• Follow safety ESD ITAR and QMS protocols
• Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change
• Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position
