Job Details
- This is a 1099 Contract position, offering flexible hours.
- You will typically handle 2-5 service calls a day, with compensation starting at $35 per completed ticket.
- Responsibilities include performing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
- Payment will be processed every Friday after the completion of your first week of service calls.
- A reliable form of transportation is essential for attending service calls at designated locations.
- Access to a computer and internet is required to log into your tech portal for tracking and planning purposes.
- Service calls are scheduled Monday through Friday. You must log into your tech portal by 9 AM each workday to accept service calls and manage your schedule.
- You will also need to contact customers to confirm a time window for onsite work.
- All necessary parts for repairs will be provided by manufacturers and can typically be picked up at FedEx each morning. Shipping labels and materials for returning any removed parts will also be provided.
