A company is looking for an AI & Automation Analyst to enhance internal automation and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams to identify, document, prioritize, and build automation opportunities
Create process maps and structured documentation to guide technical implementation
Prototype or configure simple automations and maintain automation inventory
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT operations, business systems, or automation platforms
Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve complex workflows
Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Workato
Working knowledge of APIs, authentication, and access controls
Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and integration architecture
