Credit Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Credit Reporting Analyst to join its Compliance department.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve indirect disputes through the e-OSCAR system

Handle direct credit reporting disputes from customers via phone, email, or letter

Collaborate with various teams to determine the root cause of disputes and ensure accurate credit reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

1-2 years of experience reviewing sensitive information and navigating customer accounts

Salesforce experience and knowledge of internal systems preferred

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL preferred

Familiarity with the e-OSCAR system and Metro 2 format preferred
