Process Lead Weighing and Blending

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision from production supervisor, oversees duties associated with weighing and blending operations.
• Verifies process compliance with batch record guidelines; ensures operator quality monitoring and inspection activities are being performed.
• Completes or oversees the accurate completion of required paperwork and documentation, including production batch records, hours accounting, BaaN reporting, and schedules.
• Trouble shoots equipment and processing problems; works closely with maintenance mechanics and QA. Provides training in SOP's related to process technologies as directed.
• Provides support, direction and coaching to process operators in areas of training, problem resolution, planning, and work assignment completion.
• Responsible for guaranteeing cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Responsible for ensuring safety of work area, and enforcing safety procedures.
• Ensures job deadlines and performance standards (for quality, productivity, reliability, initiative, safety, and work relationships) are met for all process operators.
• Carries out all responsibilities in compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws. Fully complies with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) and health and safety regulations
