Quality Improvement Program Director

A company is looking for a Program Director, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs

Monitors and tracks key quality indicators and programs to demonstrate effectiveness

Leads HEDIS Performance Measurement programs and collaborates with various departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement

Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and experience with Medicaid and Medicare

3 years management experience and operational knowledge of Excel and Visio

NCQA Accreditation experience
