About Us Our Client :

Our client is a leading construction company known for delivering high-quality projects. Their team thrives on precision, collaboration, and a strong work ethic. They are looking for a Payroll Specialist who shares our commitment to excellence and can keep our workforce running smoothly.

Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist :

  • Process weekly payroll for field and office employees using Viewpoint
  • Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage laws, and multi-state regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and job costing allocations
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and support audits
  • Generate reports and assist with month-end close

Requirements for the Payroll Specialist :

  • 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
  • Proficiency in Viewpoint (Vista or Spectrum)
  • Strong understanding of certified payroll and union reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
