Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC), a 171-bed regional hospital and one of the Greater Niagara region’s largest employers, is seeking a transformational nursing leader to serve as Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) .

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CNO provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and patient care services across inpatient and ambulatory settings. This role offers the opportunity to lead a strong nursing team committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, quality, safety, and patient experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DOH, OMH, DOL, HFAP, etc.)
• Oversee nursing operations and develop cost-effective, high-quality care strategies
• Advance evidence-based practices, professional development, and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and community partners to achieve organizational goals
