Window Installation Apprentice Program

About the Role

Empire Home Remodeling is looking for a motivated Window Installation Apprentice to join our growing installation team. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and taking pride in high‑quality craftsmanship. You’ll work directly under experienced installers, gaining the knowledge and training needed to become a lead installer over time.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with residential window installations, removals, and replacements
• Load, unload, and stage materials and tools for daily jobs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Learn proper installation techniques, measurement skills, and product knowledge
• Follow company safety standards and jobsite procedures
• Provide respectful, professional communication with homeowners
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure job completion

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
