This role supports team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day :

  • Offers professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Takes all food and beverage orders from guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery of orders
  • Assists guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Has full knowledge of beverage lists and all menu items being served

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role :

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves) :

  • Twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary
  • Have knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
  • Have 2-3 years of banquets or catering experience

    • The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves) :

  • Has taken an Alcohol Handler’s course

    • We've kept it short and sweet – just the essentials you'll need.
