Clínica Médica Familiar is seeking a compassionate and committed Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing team in Riverside , CA. We proudly serve a diverse, primarily Spanish-speaking patient population and are dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality care to every family we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Perform routine physicals, wellness checks, and preventive screenings

Collaborate with specialists and care teams as needed

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Maintain thorough and timely EMR documentation

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and clinic regulations

Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

What We Offer :

Competitive Compensation Package

$265,000 base salary (Full-Time)

Up to $48,000 in productivity bonuses

$40,000 sign-on bonus

$10,000 relocation assistance

Professional Support

$1,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days

Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

DEA and medical license reimbursement

Time Off

15 PTO days (weekdays only) + 7 paid holidays

Qualifications

MD or DO, licensed (or license-eligible) in California

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required)
