Junior Associate - Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

As a Junior Associate - Sales & Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts within big box retail stores. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Compliance, and HR, to ensure our products are effectively presented to customers and sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies within the retail environment.
• Ensure sales goals are met personally, as a team, and regionally
• Ensure all guests have a positive customer experience.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell our products, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with other needs in locations
• Stay up to date on compliance standards
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to all regulations and standards.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Assist the HR team in recruiting and onboarding new team members when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or in progress).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
