We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our production operations to new heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to meet production targets, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that schedules are adhered to and targets are met.

2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

3. Implement and maintain IPC 610 standards throughout all production processes.

4. Monitor and control resources and materials for production, ensuring optimal utilization.

5. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to.

6. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

7. Collaborate with other departments such as planning, quality, and engineering to resolve any production-related issues.

8. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and facilitate continuous learning and development within the team.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process and product improvements.

10. Manage production-related documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.

3. Proven experience with IPC 610 or equivalent quality standard.

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.

8. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.

10. Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
