We are excited to invite an Educational Program Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is crucial in promoting educational excellence within our organization. As an Educational Program Coordinator, you will support classroom monitoring, lead program development initiatives, and assist in the effective implementation of our curriculum while providing guidance to teachers to enhance the educational experience for children and families. Strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for mentorship are essential.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan, implement, and enhance the HighReach Learning curriculum across all age groups, creating an engaging learning environment.
- Support teacher and family retention by providing resources, knowledge, and assistance to educators, helping them deliver exceptional educational experiences.
- Evaluate classroom settings using assessment tools such as ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, offering recommendations to improve program quality.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers, fostering continuous improvement in classroom practices.
- Conduct formal and informal classroom observations, sharing insights with teachers and administration to celebrate best practices and identify growth opportunities.
- Encourage positive interactions among staff and children, nurturing an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed for success.
- Participate in monthly Education Coordinator meetings to stay informed on company goals and best practices.
- Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for children, families, and staff, enhancing overall morale and community involvement.

1-3 years of experience in early childhood education.High School diploma or GED is required.Skills :
Creative, energetic, and innovative mindset.Proficient in HighReach Learning curriculum.Strong understanding of classroom arrangements and age-appropriate practices.Knowledgeable about diverse teaching methods and adult learning styles.Able to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse learners.Experience in lesson planning and activity development.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Physical Demands :
