Job Title : Sr. Engineering Program Manager - EBOS Job Description

As a Sr. Engineering Program Manager for EBOS, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical components such as combiners, disconnects, wiring harnesses, and protection systems. You will work closely with engineering, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure that EBOS products meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programs and work with a strong leadership team.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with hardware development as a program manager.
  • Clear communication skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Ownership mentality.
  • Familiarity with UL, NEC, and power electronics.
  • BS degree in an engineering discipline, preferably electrical or hardware.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chains.
  • Exposure to utility-scale solar or energy storage systems.
  • Understanding of product development processes for electrical hardware.

    • Work Environment

    Hybrid work schedule with Monday to Thursday onsite and Fridays remote. The company is a leader in the solar tracker and renewable energy space, providing opportunities to own and lead programs while collaborating with a strong leadership team.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fremont, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $175000.00 / yr.
