We are seeking the talents of a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator (M / F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in our office, in Los Angeles .

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and brand identity of all US retail store locations. This role ensures that facilities are safe, efficient, and visually aligned with brand standards. The coordinator will manage vendors, track service requests, schedule preventative maintenance, and support new store openings or remodels.

As Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator , your missions will be the following :

Maintenance

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all store maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and reliable communication with the store teams.
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance for all stores (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, etc.).
• Respond to urgent repair needs and support store teams with troubleshooting guidance in partnership with the Retail Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and vendor invoices.
• Facilitate in sourcing and building a reliable network of vendors for each store location.
