The salary for this role is $125,000 with an OTE of $200,000.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales reps and ensure they hit sales quotas and other KPIs
• Ensure all processes are followed including the use of discovery and proposal decks
• Train all sales people, ensuring they are doing daily role playing
• Shadow calls and watch tape of calls to provide additional training
• Do review calls for all non-closed deals of qualified prospects
