Clinical Nurse II - Vascular Surgery, Nights

Our Vascular Surgery Unit focuses on treating patients with vascular disease and other surgical needs requiring telemetry monitoring. The Clinical Nurse II plays a vital role in creating a compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform necessary treatments, procedures, and special tests, and accurately document all actions as per company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to establish effective Care Plans for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold professional nursing standards.
