Payroll Administrator

Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client to add a Payroll Administrator to their team. In this role, you will support day-to-day payroll operations by coordinating employee data, assisting with payroll processing, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration across multiple regions. Responsibilities
- Enter new hire information into payroll, timekeeping, and expense management systems
- Process employee changes and updates within payroll systems
- Review payroll timesheets to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and upload file feeds from benefit vendors to ensure accurate deductions
- Process unemployment notices, tax withholdings, child support orders, and other garnishment documents
- Prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports to HR, finance, and department leaders
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and assist with issue resolution
- Support the corporate credit card and expense management program
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of payroll experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be consideredWorking knowledge of multi-state payroll practices, employment guidelines, and income tax lawsProficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience with ADP Workforce Now is a plusStrong attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsPayroll Administrator - 25-00832
