Billing Specialist

Job Title : Billing Specialist Location : Arvada, CO Billing Specialist Schedule : Hybrid (Tues–Thurs onsite; Mon & Fri remote) Duration : 11 month contract Pay Rate : $35-40 / hr Overview System One is seeking a Billing Specialist to support high-volume billing operations. This role involves daily data entry, issue resolution, and collaboration with project teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process up to 100 billing entries daily in SAP. Research and resolve work order and purchase order (PO) discrepancies. Communicate regularly with PMs, job runners, and coordinators. Participate in weekly vendor meetings. Maintain accurate records using Excel and Microsoft 365. Qualifications Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills. Experience with work orders / POs in SAP. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Familiarity with Power BI a plus.
