Fleet Coordinator
Manage and support all administrative, budget and program management duties as directed by the DNA (Dyno Nobel Americas) Fleet Manager. You will be responsible for managing and serving as a subject matter expert on US fleet actions.
Other duties will include:
- Maintain driver qualification files including driver record (abstract), annual review of driver fitness, accident and conviction disclosures, records of all corrective and disciplinary action taken (Dyno Nobel Human Resources), and copies of dangerous goods training materials and certificates.
- Coordinate with the driver's manager to maintain driver qualification files.
- Maintain commercial driver's logbooks audits and violation records as per US regulations.
- Audit monthly electronic logbooks and advise site managers when logbook does not match time-cards.
- Audit monthly electronic logbooks and advise site managers on safety violations.
- Track manual work orders and create maintenance reports for all regions/sites with ARI Fleet Management software.
- Manage vehicles additions, deletions, or site transfers with ARI Fleet Management software.
- Generate monthly fuel reports for all international registration plan (IRP) trucks.
- Monitor all fuel card transactions (multiple vendors) and internal fuel tank reports from each Canadian site (if applicable).
- Collect, review, and correct monthly fleet invoices and forward to accounts payable for processing in SAP.
- Identify and request "paper checks" for regular and new vendors as required.
- Manage and enter documents related to DNA Transportation Safety Plan.
- Assist with compliance of DNA Transportation Safety Plan.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years in fleet management experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, including Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Ability to effectively articulate and present complex material.
- Proven fleet management experience in the US.
- Ability to comply with US fleet licensing and permitting.
