Opportunity to join a well-established and growing South Shore Insurance Agency. As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will play an integral role in servicing new and existing personal lines clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients recommending coverage enhancements and tailoring coverage to meet their specific needs. You will engage with clients and our company partners to navigate the renewal process and to resolve customer questions. As an Account Manager it is critical to be able to handle multiple open opportunities, and have great communications and customer service skills. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player to join our collaborative in-office team in Hanover. Responsibilities and Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Property and Casualty License preferred.

Applied Systems, Single Point and MA RMV knowledge a plus
