Job Description :

Our client is seeking an driven forward thinking and creative leader with project management focus and the ability to drive innovation specifically regarding service technology in banking. An action-oriented individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational and detailed perspective. Candidates must have a collaborative management style that promotes effective communication and teamwork.

Job Duties :

• Work closely with the management team to create implement and roll out plans for operational processes internal infrastructures reporting systems and company policies designed to foster growth profitability and efficiencies within the company.
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Be a Team Leader Supervisor and provide support to the following departments : Operations Bookkeeping Accounting Loan Admins Personal Banking and Teller Group
• Set challenging and realistic goals to implement projects that have been identified as a priority.
• Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with vendors and clients
• Foster a growth oriented positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees in compliance with company policies procedures and guidelines.
• Design and implement proper operational controls and people systems to ensure operation efficiency.
• Develops and implements customer service programs of the organization.

Evaluate opportunities for new or revised services to fit the needs of the customers.
