IT Infrastructure Intern

Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Intern to support our infrastructure team. This role is designed for students or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to enterprise IT systems such as servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, and security tools. You will assist the team with day-to-day operations and ongoing projects, gaining valuable real-world experience in IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Help with system documentation, diagrams, and asset tracking.
• Support routine tasks such as software / firmware updates and patching.
• Shadow team members on projects like upgrades, migrations, and system testing.
• Participate in backup and recovery checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with implementing and reviewing security controls.
