Summary
We're looking for a B2B Tenant Acquisition Specialist to own and grow our off-line tenant acquisition efforts through relationships and partnerships.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on building connections with local businesses, non-profits, government entities, community organizations, and leasing professionals. The goal is simple : make sure the right people know we have rooms for rent and consistently send qualified tenants our way.
The ideal candidate is well-networked locally , comfortable meeting people face-to-face, and motivated by building long-term, win-win partnerships. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and thrives outside of a traditional office environment.
