About SafetyWing, we're building a global social safety net for remote workers - simple health, insurance, and retirement products designed to replace national welfare systems. Our mission is to remove geographical borders as a barrier to equal opportunity and freedom for everyone. If we succeed, we believe this will be one of the most important tasks of our time. We're a fully remote team of 150 people across 45+ countries, united by this mission. We work asynchronously and autonomously, giving each person the trust and flexibility to work in the way that suits them best. We value product-driven growth, clear ownership, and meaningful work.

What This Role Is About

This role is for someone with a track record of building, scaling, or transforming something ambitious - a company, product, or movement - and who's ready to bring that energy to SafetyWing. You'll define the role yourself, choosing the area where your skills, network, and vision can massively elevate our mission.

You'll have full autonomy to design your own strategy and execution plan, working directly with our founders to unlock bold opportunities. We're looking for someone who thrives in an environment with minimal hierarchy and maximum freedom, who can spot opportunities others miss and has the drive to execute on them. This is a role for someone motivated by impact and excited to take on high-leverage initiatives that bring us closer to building the first global social safety net.
